It was great to see the first Marais City Cleanfast on UK soil in Gloucestershire working in collaboration with our client Complete Utilities and supported by the team from both 2Rent and representatives from Maris and Tesmec.
The trials evaluated the City Cleanfast in both Rural and Urban situations and saw this new technology perform well in both environments.
This all new machine has the ability to work in those hard to reach places and hosts a number of innovative features such as all wheel drive and multi directional steering, the ability to side tip to either side of the machine into either a bag or skip along with a vacuum system which removes all spoil from the trench as it works leaving no need for further machinery to remove the spoil following excavation of the trench and a clean worksite immediately afterwards. All of which can be operated using its remote control system allowing the operator full visibility at all times.
The City Cleanfast has technology and features that are unique to this machine making it the only machine of its kind in the world putting it at the forefront of latest innovation.
